Lady With The Balloons provides balloon décor, garlands, arches, pickup products, and event installations within our service area.

By booking with us, you agree to:

• Pay the non-refundable deposit to secure your date

• Pay the remaining balance by the due date on your invoice

• Provide safe, accessible installation conditions

• Allow our team to install décor in the agreed location and remove décor if teardown was included

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or payment has not been made.
