How do I book a custom balloon installation? Fill out our Custom Installation Inquiry Form with your event details, theme, and inspiration photos. Once submitted, we’ll send a custom quote. A deposit is required to reserve your date.

Do you require a deposit? Yes! A non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your event date. Your date is not secured until the deposit is received.

How far in advance should I book? At least 2-4 weeks in advance is ideal, especially for large or weekend events. Last-minute inquiries are welcome but subject to availability.

What areas do you serve? We serve Leawood, Kansas, South Kansas City, and surrounding areas. A delivery fee may apply depending on your location.

How long do the balloons last? Indoor garlands can last 1-3 weeks or longer if kept away from direct sun and sharp objects. Outdoor balloons are more sensitive to weather and may last 12-72 hours depending on conditions.

Can I pick up balloon decor? Yes! We offer Grab-and-Go Garlands that are fully assembled and ready for pickup. You’ll need a large SUV or minivan for safe transport.

What if I need to cancel? Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel at least 7 days before your event, your deposit may be transferred to a future date (subject to availability).

Do you install indoors and outdoors? Yes! We install both indoors and outdoors. For outdoor installs, we use heavy-duty bases and framing to withstand weather when possible.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept credit/debit cards and online payments via our website. Full payment is due prior to setup.

Do you deliver and set up balloons?
Yes! We offer delivery and full setup. A $125 setup/tear-down fee applies.
