Refund Policy – Lady With The Balloons

Lady With The Balloons provides custom balloon décor and event installations. Due to the personalized nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or your date has been secured.

If you need to reschedule, we allow one reschedule when notified at least 7 days before your event, based on availability.
No refunds are issued for cancellations, no-shows, or events canceled with less than 7 days’ notice.
